Cafe Bistro is the perfect breakfast/ brunch/ lunch spot on Pensacola Beach! Beach vibes , very clean , great service and the food was amazing! Perfect chicken to waffle ratio:) Nutella French Toast was divine! I actually ate here twice during my long weekend at the beach!

Very simple home cooking in a laid back atmosphere. The servers are relaxed and not overbearing but they are very attentive. Much cheaper than other eateries around the area. Large portions and quick service. The pancakes are thick and more of a cake texture so 2 doesn't seem like it's a lot but it is! The potatoes are fantastic! Seasoned perfectly. We never go to the same restaurant twice on vacation but this may be the exception.

Disappointing experience but have had worse. Came specifically for the pancakes, they look amazing in the pictures, but unfortunately they were the complete opposite. They came out really chewy and barely cooked all the way through. We didn’t even finish them. Maybe we got a bad batch but I would skip the pancakes. The coffee was another disappointment. Maybe they were in a rush but the lattes looked completely different than what they show in their pictures. The only good thing was the shashuka. Presentation was really nice. Has good flavor but was missing some seasoning. Not the best I’ve had but they’re onto something. Staff was friendly and doing the best they could. Overall the place is crowded, loud and food is okay. Parking is also not easy. I would skip it if they have a wait. Would not comeback unless everything else was closed.

We arrived an hour after they opened. Ppl were leaving so it worked out great! We got the table By the window. Server was friendly and recommended her mother’s favorite dish which I had to try! Plenty of coffee Pours, the pancakes are super THICK, very filling! So pleased they offered GF Pancakes-what a treat! The yogurt dish was beautiful, so tasty but I do wish they had a little bit more yogurt. The biscuits were delicious! We really enjoyed every bit!

The food was absolutely amazing! We came in for breakfast and it was one of the best places we visited while on our trip. We had some lattes which were absolutely delicious. We ordered the bistro platter, pancakes, the southwest omelette and the eggs on the beach dish. Our server, Sol, was absolutely amazing and she is one of the best waitresses we’ve had! She was very kind and attentive during the duration we were here. She also made sure our food was cooked perfectly- it’s really hard to find a breakfast place that can cook eggs in the way that I prefer! We were very happy to finally be able to come in 💗 Thank you so much, Sol! Your kindness shines! 🌞
